The world's first restaurant inside a paper mill. The exposed ceiling pipes and partially unplastered walls of the former pulp warehouse give the restaurant its incomparable industrial chic. At Mangfallblau, nature meets factory flair to form an inspiring unity.

We invite you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast or a healthy, varied lunch. To keep our ecological footprint as small as possible, we offer fresh, regional and vegetarian or vegan dishes.
The Mangfallblau is a creative and stimulating place for your event! From intensive workshops to cozy-cool wedding celebrations. Needless to say, it is also available outside of regular opening hours.
